Craig Sessums is a partner in Funderburg, Sessums & Peterson, PLLC. He attended Mississippi State University and graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1992 and Mississippi College School of Law in 1995. After graduation from law school, he worked for Chinn & Associates focusing in the areas of domestic relations and personal injury. In 1996, he accepted employment with Upshaw, Williams, Biggers, Beckham & Riddick specializing in insurance defense and later became a partner in the firm. In 2003, Craig joined Funderburg, Sessums, and Peterson and his current practice primarily consists of representing injured workers in workers’ compensation claims and persons injured through the negligence of others.
Craig has been selected to the Best Lawyers in America by Best Lawyers. He has spoken at seminars on the topics of uninsured motorists law, general negligence and trial practice. He is licensed to practice in all Mississippi state and federal courts.
